What duties of this board are most interesting to you?
I would encourage a disability Etiquette Webinar or Training for City of Napa and businesses.The webinar would provide information on the ADA guidelines and why meeting those guidelines/laws benefit the business and the consumer who has a disability requiring access.
What activities of this board are least interesting to you? What programs or projects would you like to see improved or implemented? A presentation to Napa Downtown Association for special events set up might be helpful. I attend many of the events put on or sponsored by the Napa and recently the set up and placement of booths and vendors have been at wheelchair ramps. I have pictures of beer booths at all wheelchair ramps blocking access.
How would you approach improving these project(s) or program(s)? I am offering to provide input/feedback and suggestions on design plans for vendors and booths.
