Recreation Facility Tours
Special Meetings for the City Council of the City of Napa were called on Thursday, September 17, 2026 in accordance with California Government Code Section 54956 held at the locations and times listed below.
The City Council conducted informational tours of three recreation facilities in San Ramon, Sunnyvale and Mountain View to observe facility design, amenities, programming spaces, accessibility features, and other elements that may serve as examples for the City's new Harvest Park Project. No City Council business was conducted between facility stops. Meetings adjourned after each tour concludee and the meeting resumed at the subsequent location.
Members of the public were welcome to attend the facility tours. Members of the public who wished to attend were responsible for providing their own transportation to and from each facility.

Location: Rancho San Ramon Community Park - 1998 Rancho Park Loop, San Ramon, CA.
Meet at park entrance between ballfield and turf fields.
