The meeting was called to order at 4:32 pm. by Mayor Sotelo—Solis.

No Public Comment was received.
CLOSED SESSION
Members retired into Closed Session at 4:38 pm. and returned at 5:41 pm. with all members present in attendance: Bush, Rios (via Zoom), Rodriguez, SoteloSolis, Rau/ston, Parra, and Schultz.
