The meeting was called to order at 5:04 pm. by Mayor Sotelo-Solis.

Members retired into Closed Session at 5:04 pm and returned at 5:37 pm. Wfth all members present in altendance.‘ Bush, Morrison, Rios, Rodriguez, Sote/o—Solis, and Schultz.
Announcement of actions taken in Closed Session shall be made at the Regular City Council Meeting following this meeting at 6:00 pm
