NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of National City will hold a Public Hearing after the hour of 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 5, 2023, in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 1243 National City Blvd., National City, CA., to consider:
PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
CERTIFYING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR
THE ANNEXATION OF TWO PROPERTIES LOCATED AT
3410 VALLEY ROAD (BONITA) AND APPROVING A
TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP FOR A
10-LOT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT.
The Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing at their meeting of August 7, 2023 and voted by unanimous vote of members present to recommend that the City Council certify the Mitigated Negative Declaration and recommended approval to the City Council of the Tentative Subdivision Map by a vote of 5 to 1 with one member absent.
Anyone interested in this Public Hearing may view the City Council Meeting live on the City’s webpage at https://www.nationalcityca.gov and may submit written comments via e-mail to [email protected] by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the City Council Meeting. Live Public Comment is also taken at the City Council Meeting.
