NOTICE AND SUMMARY OF INTENT TO ADOPT PROPOSED ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Regular Meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, the City Council of the City of National City will introduce a proposed ordinance for the first reading, which if adopted, would amend Chapters 10.70 and 10.79 of the Municipal Code.

The City Council will hold the Second reading of the ordinance wherein they will consider its adoption at its Regular Meeting to be held on Tuesday,
November 21, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. via LIVE WEBCAST in the City Council Chamber, 1243 National City Boulevard, National City, California.
