NOTICE AND SUMMARY OF INTENT TO ADOPT PROPOSED ORDINANCE –
SECOND READING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Regular Meeting to be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 1243 National City Blvd., National City, CA the City Council of the City of National City will consider a proposed ordinance for the second reading, which if adopted, would amend Section 18.060.10 of Title 18 of the Municipal Code.
INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.060.10 OF TITLE 18 (ZONING) OF THE NATIONAL CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO THE MEASUREMENT OF HEIGHT FOR NEW STRUCTURES.
The City Council continued the first reading of this ordinance from the Regular Meeting held on January 16, 2024 to a Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at which time the first reading was approved.
Written comments or testimony from the public must be submitted via e-mail to [email protected] by 2:00 P.M. on the day of the City Council Meeting.
