NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Community Development Commission-Housing Authority of the City of National City Annual Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan for Fiscal Year 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Community Development Commission-Housing Authority of the City of National City will hold a public hearing on April 2, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., in the National City Council Chambers located at 1243 National City Boulevard, National City, California.
The purpose of the public hearing is to gather input on the Streamlined Annual PHA Plan for Fiscal Year 2025. The Annual PHA Plan will be released for a 45-day public review and comment period on or about February 9, 2024.
The PHA Plan is a comprehensive guide to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. The Streamlined Annual PHA Plan is submitted to HUD annually. The Section 8 HCV Administrative Plan is also subject to review as part of the Streamlined Annual PHA Plan and governs the Housing Authority’s administration of its Section 8 HCV Program.
