Project Overview
2 • Existing pool building and park restrooms have exceeded their useful life • Staff presented alternatives assessment for pool building and remaining use of ARPA fund balance to City Council in April 2024
• City Council supported option to install prefabricated facilities for showers, restrooms, and changing areas rather than rehab existing facility or build a new, modern facility due to funding constraints
• Contracts must be awarded by December 2024 to meet ARPA funding obligation deadline Project Description ARPA State Grant Total
