Mr. Huth held the position of City Manager for the City of Del Mar for eight (8) years. The City of Del Mar operates under a charter and not general law. Since the City of National City operates under General Law, Mr. Huth may struggle with the position of City Manager. The deputy City Manager, Brian Hadley should be the person to step in to the position until a qualified candidate can be selected.
