NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF PUBLIC HEARING
CANCELLATION OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE DRAFT HUD 2025-2029 CONSOLIDATED PLAN, 2025-2026 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN, AND CITIZEN AND
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION PLAN
NOTICE WAS GIVEN that the City Council of the City of National City would hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, May 6, 2025 to consider:
Public comment on the needs and priorities identified for the draft 2025- 2029 Five Year Consolidated Plan (Con Plan), the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program funding recommendations for the 2025-2026 2025- 2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP), and on policies and procedures for public involvement in the draft Citizen and Community Participation Plan (CCPP).
In accordance with the federal regulations at 24 CFR, Part 91, the City of National City (City) is required to prepare and submit a 2025-2029 Five Year Consolidated Plan (Con Plan), a 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP), and a Citizen and Community Participation Plan (CCPP) for its Housing and Community Development Entitlement Programs funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
This item has been pulled from that agenda and will not be heard as scheduled. It will be added to a future agenda, to be determined. A notice will be published 30 days prior to the rescheduled public hearing date.
