1. CALL TO ORDER
A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of National City was called to order at 4: 34 p. m. via teleconference and in the Council Chamber, located in City Hall, 1243 National City Boulevard, National City, California.
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Molina, Rodriguez, Yamane, Bush ( arrived 4: 48 p. m.), Morrison
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
Councilmember Rodriguez led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Members retired into Closed Session at 4: 50 p. m. and returned at 5: 51 p. m. with all members present in attendance: Molina, Rodriguez, Yamane, Bush, Morrison, Romero, Huth, Hernandez ( Item 5. 1 only), and Devaney Pate Morris & Cameron outside counsel Chris Cameron.
