1. CALL TO ORDER
A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of National City was called to order at 5: 06 p. m. via teleconference and in the Council Chamber, located in City Hall, 1243 National City Boulevard, National City, California.
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Molina, Rodriguez, Yamane, Morrison
Absent: Bush
Interpretation in Spanish provided by Carlos Diaz and Luisa Diaz de Leon.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Councilmember Yamane led the Pledge of Allegiance.

5. STAFF REPORT
5. 1 Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget Workshop
Interim City Manager Scott Huth introduced the item. Director of Finance Bruce Foltz and Director of Engineering/ Public Works Steve Manganiello provided a PowerPoint presentation.
Councilmember Rodriguez left the dais at 5: 49 p. m. and returned at 5: 51 p. m.
Recommendation: Review, receive presentation, and provide direction.
Further discussion to occur at a future Special City Council Meeting.
6. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Morrison adjourned to the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of National City, Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 6: 00 p. m. in the Council Chamber, located in City Hall, 1243 National City Boulevard, National City, California.
The meeting adjourned at 7: 45 p. m.
