You have allowed marijuana use in the weed bar at Bay Marina Drive- so now I expect you to follow the claims made by members Bush and Rodriguez that marijuana users will have a safe indoor place to smoke weed and that the Black Market will be taken down. I am providing photos tonight to the you and the Police Chief showing examples of public marijuana use.

NCPD needs to patrol north of Bay Marina Drive along Cleveland and McKinley every day - at night and on the weekends, too, Be honest.

User Ted Godshalk has enter the following comment(s):

The FRANC system is not meeting the needs of many riders and potential riders. It is limited in times and areas covered and riders have expressed dissatisfaction with some of the drivers, as well as with the fare APP or system. You should consider alternatives to this model of public transportation and strive to meet the needs of our residents and, perhaps, to raise some revenue to help with the budget deficit.
