NOTICE WAS GIVEN that the City Council of the City of National City would hold a Public Hearing after the hour of 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 5, 2025, in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 1243 National City Blvd., National City, CA., to consider:
INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.38 OF THE NATIONAL CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO
TOBACCO RETAILER LICENSING AND RESTRICTING THE SALE, DISPLAY AND PROMOTION OF TOBACCO TO YOUTH.
The item has been pulled from that agenda and will not be heard as scheduled. It will be added to a future agenda, date to be determined. A notice will be published prior to the rescheduled public hearing.
