NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of National City will hold a Public Hearing after the hour of 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 1243 National City Boulevard, National City, California to consider:
PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPTION OF THE RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2027 USER FEE SCHEDULE AND AMENDING THE CANNABIS PERMIT FEES.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City Clerk of the City of National City is in receipt of a written memorandum detailing the fees that will be amended per the City Council’s direction on April 21, 2026. The memorandum may be viewed at the City Clerk’s Office, 1243 National City Blvd., during normal business hours.
Anyone interested in this matter may appear at the above time and place and be heard. The City Council will also accept written public comments regarding this matter. Written comments or testimony from the public must be submitted via e-mail to [email protected] by 2:00 P.M. on the day of the City Council Meeting. For information on registering to provide public comment via Zoom please visit the City Clerk’s webpage at https://www.nationalcityca.gov/government/city-clerk/publiccomments If you challenge the nature of the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice via email, or through written correspondence delivered to the undersigned prior to the Public Hearing.
