Receive the Presentation Regarding the Business License Tax Reform Study, Business and Community Outreach Findings, and Public Opinion Survey Results, and Provide Direction Regarding a Proposed Business License Tax Reform Ballot Measure, Including the Proposed Rate Structure and Whether Staff Should Prepare the Necessary Resolutions and Ballot Materials for City Council Consideration at the August 4, 2026 Special Meeting
