NOTICE AND SUMMARY OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE
NOTICE AND SUMMARY OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE No. 2026-2562 which was introduced at the Regular City Council Meeting held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 and adopted at the Regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. by a unanimous vote to amend sections of the municipal code related to sewer connections and fats, oils and grease discharge control.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 14.06 – SEWER
CONNECTIONS, AND CHAPTER 14.24 – FATS, OILS AND GREASE
DISCHARGE CONTROL OF TITLE 14 OF THE NATIONAL CITY
MUNICIPAL CODE.
Ayes: Yamane, Rodriguez, Bush, Molina, Morrison
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
