NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meetings of the Needles City Council / NPUA scheduled for Tuesday, November 24, 2026, and December 22, 2026, were cancelled by the City Council at their regularly scheduled meeting held on September 22, 2026. The next regular meeting will be Tuesday, January 12, 2026, at 6:00 P.M.
I hereby certify, under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California, that the foregoing Notice of Cancellation was posted at the front entrance of the El Garces and City Hall not less than 72 hours prior to the meeting.
