4. Consideration of Adoption of Resolution No. 2021-44: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Nevada City Making the Legally Required Findings to Continue to Authorize the Conduct of Remote "Telephonic" Meetings During the State of Emergency Recommended Action: Reconfirm resolution
5. Consideration of Adoption of Resolution No. 2022-26: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Nevada City Approving Compensation Ranges for Authorized Positions Recommended Action: Adopt the resolution
6. Consideration of Adoption of Resolution No. 2022-27: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Nevada City Adopting a List of Projects for Fiscal Year 2022-23 Funded by SB 1: the Road Repair and Accountability Act Of 2017.
Recommended Action: Adopt the Resolution which approves the list of projects appoints the City Manager to execute all documents, and authorizes the the City Engineer to execute and submit all technical items for the funds.
7. Consideration of Adoption of Resolution No. 2022-28: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Nevada City Authorizing the Grant Application, Acceptance, and Execution for the Well Irrigation and Treated Water Use Reduction Project Recommended Action: Adopt the resolution
8. Request Approval to Purchase Submersible Mixer Pumps from Pac Machine Company in the amount of $17,858.72 for Nevada City Wastewater Plant Aeration Basins.

9. Discussion to Consider an Extension of Permitting for Temporary Outdoor Dining, Temporary Tents, and Process for a Possible Permanent Ordinance Pertaining to Outdoor Dining in the City Right-of-Way
Recommended Action: Discuss and determine whether to extend the permitting for continued outdoor dining and whether to direct staff to initiate a permanent ordinance pertaining to outdoor dining in the City right-of-way.
Action: Motion by Fleming, seconded by Minett to approve Extend Temporary outdoor dining until September. Direct Staff to initiate permanent ordinance. (Approved 5-0, - Roll call votes ayes; Minett, Strawser, Petersen, Fleming, Fernández 2 10. Request Approval to Purchase a Police Vehicle from the City of Grass Valley and Authorize Expenditures for Vehicle Engine Replacement

11. Consideration of Adoption of Resolution No. 2022-29: Resolution of Intent of the City of Nevada City To Annex Properties on Old Downieville Road and on State Highway 49 Recommended Action: Adopt the Resolution approving an Intent to Annex those properties shown on Resolution Exhibit A
Action: Motion by Petersen, seconded by Fernandez to Adopt the Resolution approving an Intent to Annex those properties shown on Resolution Exhibit A.
