Consideration of an Extension of Time Request for Filing of a Final Map for the Project Known as "The Grove" Off Providence Mine Road, Nevada City, California Recommended Action: Approve the extension of time for The Grove tentative subdivision final map, the use permit accommodating the Planned Unit Development proposal, and the Architectural Review approval, subject to the Conditions of Approval as previously approved Action: Motion by Kline, Seconded by Fleming to Approve the extension of time for The Grove tentative subdivision final map
