Conduct a Public Hearing in Consideration of Ordinance 2024-03: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Nevada City, State of California Adding Section 2.04.030 of Chapter 2.04 ("'City Council") of Title 2 ("Administration and Personnel") of the City of Nevada City Municipal Code, Relating to Salary for Members of the City Council; and Provide Direction on the Inclusion of Planning Commissioners and Public Arts Commissioners in the Classification and Compensation Schedule for the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget Recommended Action: Hold first reading, waive reading of Ordinance in its entirety, read by title only, schedule for second reading and adoption May 22, 2024, and direct the inclusion of commissioners in the compensation schedule
