BUSINESS
1. Consideration of 1) a Lease Agreement Between the City of Nevada City, and the Miners Foundry Cultural Center and Nevada County Cultural Preservation Trust; and 2) the Appointment of a Miners Foundry Cultural Center City Council Committee** Recommended Action: Approve the agreement and appoint the City Council Committee.
Action: Motion by Fleming, seconded by Fernandez to approve a Lease Agreement Between the City of Nevada City, and the Miners Foundry Cultural Center and Nevada County Cultural Preservation Trust; and the Appointment of a Miners Foundry Cultural Center City Council Committee (Approved 4-0) Petersen, Fernàndez, Fleming and Ceci
