Requirements
• Adopt New Maps by April 15, 2022
• Four (4) Public Hearings
• Close to Equal Population Per District
• Geographically Contiguous
• Undivided Neighborhoods & "Communities of Interest"
• Easily Identifiable Boundaries
• Compactness
