Staff Recommendations
➢ Find this project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act ➢ Approve the project plans and specifications.
➢ Approved Budget Amendment to accept an additional $301,000 from the JG Foundation and increase the appropriations from the ARPA funds by $1,600,991.
➢ Award Construction Contract to TELACU Construction Management, Inc. for $6,430,000.
➢ Establish a contingency of $643,000 (10%) to cover cost of unforeseen work.
➢ Approved Addendum No. 4 with Jeff Katz Architects, Inc. in the amount of $68,000 for construction support services.
