A study session will begin at 4 p.m.:
• The City's Utilities Department, the Orange County Sanitation District, and the Orange County Water District will discuss expansion of the Groundwater Replenishment System and the joint agency efforts to recycle water.
The regular meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. Agenda items include:
A resolution to reestablish the City Council Homeless Ad Hoc Committee.
Potentially adding the Belcourt Park and Bonita Canyon neighborhoods to the City's refuse and recycling program. The Council action would allow neighborhood residents to decide whether to join the City's general contract with CR&R, which includes residential waste hauling, recycling and organic waste diversion.
Code update recommendations related to fractional ownership, where multiple buyers purchase various percentages of a property. The Council will hear a presentation on the issue and provide direction to staff on possible code revisions.
