Hello City Council,
As the Landlord of the Newport Center Medical Plaza consisting of 400 Newport Center Drive, 1401 Avocado Ave, 1401 Avocado Ave, and 360 San Miguel strongly oppose the plan to add pickleball courts on the land across the medical buildings.
The land for the pickleball courts requires a lot of parking which the land cannot support causing the excess cars to park on the street and my property.
This development would also cause the homeless camps to move to my properties. This is a huge burden, and I strongly oppose this development.
