CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO NEWPORT PLACE PLANNED
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO REVISE THE MINIMUM AFFORDABILITY HOUSING PERCENTAGE OF THE RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY (PA2023-0082)
The Ordinance changes the minimum inclusionary housing requirement of the Residential Overlay from 30 percent to 15 percent.
