Question for Council on additional 8 Newport Coast Pickle ball Courts.
1. They are welcomed, and thank you!! 2. Can you address access to bathrooms. The only current private Newport Coast bathrooms, located across the large park near the tennis courts, have a lock code on the doors for residences only. If the intent is to use the interior located bathrooms in the community center for that much traffic I foresee a problem, not sure of the maintenance schedule of those either.
This is a very popular sport as noted in the Bonita Canyon courts.
With foreseeable 32 players on court and possible additional people waiting to join a court, the existing facilities might be overwhelmed.
