Public Works requests that City Council “table” Agenda Item No. 7. Public Works will bring this item back at a future City Council Meeting.
After receiving a notification from an outside compliance advocate group, i t has been confirmed that the recommended contractor has a suspended California business license and staff request s time to re-evaluate the proposals and return with a proper award.
