Adam Leverenz questioned how removing two citizens from the committee advanced transparency, and was not fully in support of strict adherence to only heightened qualifications and standards, stating that sometimes qualified persons exist without formal education or lots of money, and that it can be good to look at out-of-the-box ideas sometimes.
