ADDENDUM TO FINAL GPUSC/GPAC DRAFT GENERAL PLAN UPDATE
The following provides a list of material changes to the Final GPUSC/GPAC Draft General Plan Update as of April 16, 2026:
Harbor, Bay, and Beaches Element
Page No. HBB-5, Policy HBB-5.5 (Coastal Resilience)
“Ensure that the Water Quality/Coastal Tidelands Committee and/or the Parks, Beaches & Recreation Commission has adequate representation of experts in coastal resilience to ensure that this topic remains a priority for the City.” Notes:
At the March 3, 2026, PB&R Commission meeting, the Commission requested to be included in this Policy as part of its motion to support the draft Element for City Council adoption.
