Study Session - Preliminary development options/concepts presented by Inland Valley Village LLC, on approximately 430-acres located on the east side of Hillside Avenue, South of Third Street, and within the Preservation and Development (PAD) Zone (APNs: 123-250-005, 006, 007, 123-260-003, 004, 006, 123-080-028, 123-320-001, 123-330-001, 011 and 123-330-036).
City Manager Sassoon opened discussion and introduced City Attorney Burns.
City Attorney Burns explained the expectations of the study session.
Planning Director Robles gave a brief introduction.
Introductions were made by all attending.
Elizabeth Cobb from Kimley-Horn began presentation regarding the Hidden Valley Tech Center specific plan concepts on behalf of the Lansing Team.
The Mayor, City Council, City Manager and Staff engaged in discussion with the Lansing team sharing expectations, examples, and concerns.
Mayor Newton opened public comment.
Mike Thompson spoke in support of the project and discussed additional public safety.
Mayor Newton closed public comment.
Following discussion and without formal motion, item was closed.
