VARIANCE 2023-01
A request for a Variance from the minimum net lot size requirement of 20,000 square feet of Norco Municipal Code Section 18.13.10 – “Lot and Pad Area” in the A-1 Zone, to allow a lot line adjustment on a vacant parcel on Southfork Drive with the APN 133-340-023, also located within the A-1 (Agricultural Low Destiny) Zone.
Planning Commission approved Variance 2023-01 on February 8, 2023.
Staff is recommending that the City Council concur with the Planning Commission’s determination and approve Variance 2023-01.
