PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

3. REPORT OF ACTION(S) TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Burns reported that the City Council voted 3-2 to proceed with an amicable separation agreement with City Manager Lori Sassoon.
City Attorney Burns reported that the City Council voted 5-0 to appoint Finance Director Lisette Free as Interim City Manager.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Bash adjourned the meeting at 8:25 PM.
