City Attorney Burns read the Closed Sessions into the Record.

REPORT OF ACTION(S) TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Burns stated that there were no reportable actions held in Closed Sessions.

There was no public comment at this time.
2. PLANNING COMMISSION INTERVIEWS
2.A. Interviews and appointment to one Planning Commission unscheduled vacancy.
City Clerk Roa explained the interview process to the Mayor and City Council members.
City Clerk Roa brought in the following applicants for individual interviews with the City Council:

B. Dan Chamberlain
C. Dennis Hutnik
D. Dillon Wemple
E. Kenny Munic
Following the interviews, the Mayor, Mayor Pro-tem, and Council Members deliberated on the applicants and ballot voted unanimously to appoint Dennis Hutnik to the Planning Commission unscheduled vacant seat.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Newton adjourned the meeting at 8:05 p.m.
