SUBJECT: ORDINANCE NO. 23-1743 - ZONE CHANGE NO. 2022-05 - 13310 ROSECRANS AVENUE
Background:
The City Council, at its October 17, 2023 meeting, introduced Ordinance No. 23-1743, which will amend the zoning designation at 13310 Rosecrans Avenue from restricted commercial to low density residential. This ordinance is now being presented for adoption. If adopted this evening, Ordinance No. 23-1743 will become effective on November 16, 2023.

OF NORWALK SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS OF FACT AND DECISION APPROVING ZONE CHANGE NO. 2022-05 FOR 13310 ROSECRANS AVENUE.
