RESOLUTION NO. 24-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK DESIGNATING VICE MAYOR TONY AYALA AS THE CITY’S
REPRESENTATIVE AND MAYOR MARGARITA L. RIOS AS THE
ALTERNATE FOR THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY CITY SELECTION
COMMITTEE/EASTERN REGION
WHEREAS, the Los Angeles County City Selection Committee/Eastern Region is charged with the responsibility of voting on certain County-related matters and Boardmembers.
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK
HEREBY DETERMINES, FINDS, AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Vice Mayor Tony Ayala is the authorized representative of the City of Norwalk to said City Selection Committee with full authorization to vote at said meetings on behalf of the City; and
Section 2.That should Vice Mayor Ayala be unable to attend said meeting, then Mayor Rios is designated as the official representative of the City in his place and stead.
