RESOLUTION NO. 24-06
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2023/24
ADOPTED BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE HIGHWAY SAFETY
IMPROVEMENT FUNDS TO HIGHWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM CYCLE 7 – PROJECT NOS. 7232, 7233, AND 7234
WHEREAS, City Council desires to amend the Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget to allocate $695,850 of available Highway Safety Improvement Program funds to Project No. 7232; and
WHEREAS, City Council desires to amend the Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget to allocate $101,025 of available Highway Safety Improvement Program funds to Project No. 7233; and
WHEREAS, City Council desires to amend the Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget to allocate $673,264 of available Highway Safety Improvement Program funds to Project No. 7234.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK HEREBY DETERMINES, FINDS, AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The City Manager is authorized to make the following appropriation and prepare the necessary budget amendment for the following accounts:

Section 2.The Mayor, or presiding officer, is hereby authorized to affix her signature to this Resolution signifying its adoption by the City Council of the City of Norwalk and the City Clerk, or her duly appointed deputy, is directed to attest thereto.
