DIRECTORS
Background:
In accordance with the Bylaws of the Norwalk Senior Citizens Center, Inc. (NSCC, Inc.), a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation, this is the list of proposed Board Members to be approved by City Council. The specific purpose of the NSCC, Inc. is to oversee and administer Bingo operations and respective NSCC, Inc. transactions at the Senior Center. It is recommended that the following nominations be accepted to serve on the NSCC, Inc. Board of Directors for 2024.
