Claims against the City were filed by Melanie Caraan, Marco Casas, Filomeno and Rosemary Colon, Anthony Cruz, Jairo Regalado, and State Farm on behalf of Ronald Levar. Upon reviewing the details of the claims, the City’s Claims Administrator has recommended denial.
