SUBJECT: CONFIRM EMERGENCY WORK AT NORWALK AQUATICS PAVILION –
WATERLINE TECHNOLOGIES, INC
Background:
Waterline Technologies, Inc. was contacted to re-build the pool heater at the Norwalk Aquatics Pavilion which broke down unexpectedly.
Invoice No. 5674831 dated March 13, 2024, was recently received in the amount of $14,176.72.
The purchasing policy provides procedures for emergency work and purchases.
Fiscal Impact:
Funds were included in the FY 23/24 mid-year budget process for Invoice No. 5674831.
