RESOLUTION NO. 24-49
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2024/25 ADOPTED
BUDGET TO ADD CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY EMERGENCY RESPONSE
TEAM SUPPORT GRANT AWARD
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024/25 Budget does not include the California CERT Support Grant Award; and
WHEREAS, City Council desires to amend the proposed FY 2024/25 Budget, once approved, to allocate $22,150 of available California CERT Support Grant Award funds to the CERT training program.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK HEREBY DETERMINES, FINDS, AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The City Manager is authorized to make the following appropriation and prepare the necessary budget amendment for the following account:
Account Number Debit Credit
Revenues: 225-20-0000-4449 $22,150
Expensitures:225-20-2109-2080 $22,150
Section 2.The Mayor, or presiding officer, is hereby authorized to affix her signature to this Resolution signifying its adoption by the City Council of the City of Norwalk and the City Clerk, or her duly appointed assistant, is directed to attest thereto.
