Councilmembers Perez and Valencia were absent.
PRESENTATIONS
Caren Spilsbury, Executive Director of the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, provided a report on the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce.
Captain Richard Conti, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department provided a report on the Norwalk Sheriff’s Station.
Mayor Rios shared videos and provided a presentation regarding the State of the City.
