SUBJECT: JANUARY 2025 MEETING SCHEDULE
Background:
In anticipation of vacation scheduling during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, I am proposing to cancel the January 7, 2025 City Council meeting. There are currently no time sensitive items requiring immediate attention. The next regular meeting is scheduled for January 21, but if anything surfaces prior to that date that needs to be addressed, a special meeting may be scheduled.

Information will be shared on the City’s social media sites, the marquee, the website, and the City’s designated posting site, if the meeting is canceled.

Recommended Action:
Staff recommends City Council authorize:
a. canceling the January 7, 2025 meeting and holding one regularly scheduled meeting on January 21, 2025; or
b. continue to hold two meetings in January on the 7 and 21, 2025.
