RESOLUTION NO. 25-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK DESIGNATING MAYOR TONY AYALA AS THE CITY’S
REPRESENTATIVE AND VICE MAYOR JENNIFER PEREZ AND
COUNCILMEMBERS RICK RAMIREZ, MARGARITA L. RIOS, AND ANA
VALENCIA AS ALTERNATES FOR THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY CITY
SELECTION COMMITTEE/EASTERN REGION
WHEREAS, the Los Angeles County City Selection Committee/Eastern Region is charged with the responsibility of voting on certain County-related matters and Boardmembers.
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK
HEREBY DETERMINES, FINDS, AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Mayor Tony Ayala is the authorized representative of the City of Norwalk to said City Selection Committee with full authorization to vote at said meetings on behalf of the City; and
Section 2.That should Mayor Ayala be unable to attend said meeting, then Vice Mayor Jennifer Perez, Councilmembers Rick Ramirez, Margarita L. Rios, and Ana Valencia are designated as the official representatives of the City in his place and stead.
