RESOLUTION NO. 25-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK APPOINTING COUNCILMEMBER RICK RAMIREZ AS THE CITY’S
ALTERNATE TO THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NOS. 2 AND 18
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Norwalk have representation in the affairs of the Los Angeles County Sanitation District Nos. 2 and 18, if the Mayor is unable to attend.
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK
HEREBY DETERMINES, FINDS, AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Councilmember Rick Ramirez of the City Council of the City of Norwalk, is hereby selected and designated as an alternate member of the Boards of Directors of the County Sanitation District Nos. 2 and 18, of the Los Angeles County to act in the place of the presiding officer of the City Council, Mayor Ayala during his absence, inability or refusal to act as a member of said Board of Directors.
