SUBJECT: MAY 2025 MEETING SCHEDULE
Background:
The annual International Council of Shopping Centers conference is being held May 18-21, 2025, which conflicts with the May 20, regular City Council meeting. As there are four Councilmembers and various key staff members scheduled to attend, staff proposes to adjourn the May 20 meeting to May 27, 2025.
The principal purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the Fiscal Year 2025/26 budget, but other items may be added if they are time sensitive.

Information will be shared on the City’s social media sites, the marquee, the website, and the City’s designated posting site, if the meeting is canceled.

Recommended Action:
Staff recommends City Council authorize staff to adjourn the May 20 meeting to May 27, 2025.
