Each trailer requires the monthly data service of
$129 and the monitoring and dispatch per trailer of
(4 cameras) x $149 = $596/month per trailer. The
total monthly operational cost is $725. A
government discount of 10% reduces monthly
operational costs per trailer to $652/month.

Vandalism Insurance (Save $54,000)
Each trailer includes a standard 5-year warranty, which covers normal warranty issues. However, we also offer vandalism insurance for $300/month per trailer. This covers the repair or complete replacement of the trailer under any circumstances, even if the damage is intentional, such as vandalism.
Value Added
If Norwalk approves the 5-year data and monitoring service, we will include this vandalism insurance coverage at no cost for the term of the service. This assures the city will not incur operational costs other than the monthly data and monitoring fees. The value of this cover over the 5 years is $54,000.
User Access
Users have access to the trailers' live video feeds
and recorded video 24 hours a day, on-demand.
The video can be accessed using a browser such
as Microsoft Edge or Chrome, or our mobile app
Cyber-Secure (iPhone & Android), or our PC and
Mac client software (recommended). All apps
and client software are offered free without any
monthly subscription and is updated with new
features and security enhancements quarterly.
