HOUSING ELEMENT
Background:
The City Council, at its December 2, 2025 meeting, introduced Ordinance No. 25-1763, which will adds lot consolidation incentives to comply with the adopted 2021-2029 Housing Element. This ordinance is now being presented for second reading and adoption. If adopted this evening, Ordinance No. 25-1763 will become effective on January 16, 2026.
